Approved submission but change is not showing

I submitted a gender correction (Male to Female), which was approved a day or two after it was submitted (October 14); however, despite this approval, the page still displays "Actor" instead of "Actress" in several languages—the gender change is reflected only in few languages (Canadian French, French (France) and German).
