Approved Reviews

In the past couple days I've encountered an issue where I'll submit a user review, and it will be approved, but it then takes hours - even half a day or more - before the approved review appears on the site, which if nothing else means I can't edit any typos. Case in point, as yet there's a review I submitted on 9 October (contribution/submission #211009-025220-694504) that was approved, but still has not manifested on the site.
