Approved images not gone LIVE

All submissions for Tia Carrere as Nani in "Lilo & Stitch 2: Stitch has a glitch" were rejected. I double-checked and the credits show that actress in that role. Once again, I submitted still images for a TV series episode.  Although they were approved they were also ultimately DECLINED due to (a new variant of) the well-known "Title Link Addition" anomaly bug.   Actually this time it is a New Twist on the Old Bug.  It has morphed. The error now reads: Title Link Addition A Research Study and Czechoslovakian Wedding Pastries (18 October 2018) Reason Badly Formatted.Your contribution has been declined. Your contribution did not meet our formatting standards. Additions were for: Title Id: "Young Sheldon" (2017) \{A Research Study and Czechoslovakian Wedding Pastries (#2.5)} These are the submissions; #260527-005216-843219 #260527-005129-762619 #260527-005024-856319 #260527-004939-642919 #260527-004856-091119 IMDB Staff please adjust for that bug, again.  THIS TIME please don't just reply that your Team is working on a fix. But instead manually correct the anomaly and force the uploaded images to go public.  I don't have time to keep rechecking the episode page to see if the images are public.
