Approved credit has disappeared from IMDb profile after being live

Thank you for restoring the credit. I really appreciate your help.

I would like to request that the "uncredited" attribute be removed now.

This credit was previously approved and listed without the "uncredited" attribute, and I have successfully added credits for other productions prior to their air dates without them being marked as "uncredited." Because of that, I'm hoping you can help me understand why this situation is being handled differently.

I have every expectation that I will be credited on-screen when the episode airs. The original production documentation supporting my role has already been reviewed and accepted by IMDb, and nothing about my participation has changed.

Is there a reason this credit cannot simply remain listed without the "uncredited" attribute until the episode airs? If there is flexibility here, I would greatly appreciate having the attribute removed now, as I believe it inaccurately represents my role.

As mentioned, until we can verify that you were credited on-screen, the attribute will remain. Once the episode airs, you can submit the correction with the supporting evidence so that our staff can further review it. 

I don't understand. I've had several pre-release credits approved in the past without the "uncredited" attribute. Has IMDb's policy changed, or is there something different about this production? I would really like this removed.

@Maya​ 'm still a bit confused. My upcoming credit for Behemoth! is also listed prior to release and does not have the "uncredited" attribute. Could you please explain why The Shards is being treated differently?

@Coolguy_joe​ - Generally, filmography information is derived from on-screen credits. Whenever there is uncertainty or a dispute about a credit on a yet-unreleased title, our standard is to wait until the production is available and we can verify the on-screen credits.

For this episode, as mentioned,  we will need to retain the attribute alongside your credit, however, once the pilot airs and your name can be verified as being credited on the episode, you are welcome to submit the correction.

Thank you. Is there any way to have this reviewed or overridden now?

By that standard, wouldn’t every cast member currently listed for the unaired pilot need the “uncredited” attribute until the episode airs? I’ve provided production documentation confirming my role, so I’m trying to understand why this attribute is being applied specifically to my credit.

Also, I'm happy to share my pay stub, the call sheet, and contract stating my position on the show.
