approved changes not updated

I've had a few issues while trying to update the cast listing order for episodes of the latest Series 13 of Father Brown.
Of the 10 submissions, 2 are still outstanding.
I had attached screenshots showing the cast order of appearance as shown on the end credits.
The 2 outstanding episodes state that some of the changes have been approved and some declined as they are duplicates.
Unlike the other 8, the 2 above haven't need updated after several days, the others were updated within hours and the cast order hasn't been updated to match the programme credits order.
Hopefully someone can help get things sorted out.

Thank you for posting the references! Further reviewing, both of these submissions for the declined credits was because these were duplicated as the credits for those persons were already added to those episodes.
