Approved, but not showing

I've submitted a few cast updates, along with photos, to some films/tv shows. In my contribution history it shows they're approved, but It's not showing anywhere (nor in actor's page, nor in movie/tv show's).

I'm not sure if I'm missing anything.

Some contribution examples:

Hi @bsaavedra,

Please refer to the FAQ "The credit shows as approved but it's not on the page" in our Adding filmography credits help guide:

  • All credits on the page are 'uncredited' - Our display logic requires at least one fully credited listing on a name page before anything will show. This means if a page has only uncredited listings it will appear empty, even if your addition has been approved.

Once a fully credit position is added to the page, all (uncredited) data will also appear.

You can learn more about "uncredited" in our article What does uncredited mean?

Thanks!

Thanks! I'm sending an email to the producer to ask for them to include my name in the show directly, then.

@Ozzy Hi again. I sent an email to the producers of one of the shows I've been lately and they added me more than 24 hours ago with my role and it's still not showing. Is there anything else they should do?

The episode they added me to is this one

https://m.imdb.com/title/tt28872178/fullcredits/cast/?ref_=tt_cl_sm

I don't know if there's anything missing or they are doing it wrong.

Thanks in advance.

@bsaavedra What Ozzy is saying, is that uncredited roles are not visible on the name page until you have some onscreen credited parts as per IMDb's policy. But they are in the system, so nothing has gone wrong, here is an image to show that.

Ok, I guess I missunderstood that, and thought it was enough if it was submitted by the owner of the rights, altough there were no onscreen credits (most of the cast were not credited onscreen).

I'll wait until my name shows onscreen in one project for all credits to be shown then. 🙂

Thanks!
