Approved and posted reviews just randomly disappearing?

I had a couple of reviews that were approved and posted some time ago.  Now they are gone.

Here are two I found gone, although the status is still shows Approved:

If this keeps happening because someone disagrees with the review and reported them, or some automated algorithm checking for flagged words without understanding context, I don't see the point of contributing further.  There has to be a better adjudication process.
