Appealing two rejections (same credit at both series and episode level)

Hi, folks. By #241124-155150-516000, and again by #250630-192410-855000, I have tried twice to remove a writer credit from the parent level of a series. The person has already been added to the specific episodes he worked on, so the entry on the series' main page should be deleted. May I know why the submissions have been rejected? ("Reason: Does not meet contribution guidelines" doesn't seem to be accurate). Thank you.
