Another review declined and I am again lost finding out why

Hello to the IMDB Community,

I have recently gotten into the habit of reviewing every title or show I watch and I love it so far. But a couple times, my reviews have been declined with the general note "Does not meet contribution guidelines." Sometimes I have read over the guidelines and I have figured it out and sometimes I just couldn't pinpoint what was wrong. By now, I have read over the review submission guidelines a dozen times and still can't see the reason behind rejection of my last review (Contribution #201031-095853-543204).

Also as a suggestion, won't it be helpful if IMDB editors specified in every rejection what part of the review violated which submission guide criteria specifically? It would save contributors tons of time and energy by not having them reread their own review and the guidelines repeatedly in disbelief but also would save the fellow IMDB staff members tons of time by not having them come over to the community forum to look into the concerns and confusions of frustrated contributors like myself post after post. This process is redundant, inefficient, wasteful and frustrating. I can't believe IMDB hasn't adopted this practice yet. It's so simple to do as editors clearly know what the problem is after reading a review (if there is a problem at all), they just need to add that note while rejecting it.

Can a staff member please look into my recent submission (reference number above) and also run this suggestion up with someone that can comment on it? Or let me know who else I can contact to bring up this issue with?
