Another death date declined, despite including evidence

I have yet another issue regarding a death date getting declined, despite proving it. For animator Kyle Tsetso, he has recently passed away this month from cancer, as confirmed by his Twitter account posted days after his passing. So I included a link to that post as evidence that he died, and yet, the site declined it because they were "unable to verify", despite including proof that he has died. This needs to be fixed.
