Anna Karen's real name - Ann McCall or Ana Caren Krege?
Many sources give the real name of Anna Karen (On the Buses) as Ann McCall and mention an Irish father which would tie in with the surname. But the obituary in The Guardian https://www.theguardian.com/tv-and-radio/2022/feb/23/anna-karen-obituary gives her real name as Ana Caren Krege. IMDB already had her McCall name; I've just added the Ana Caren Krege real name. One of those is presumably wrong - but which one? Have The Guardian got duff information. There are other sources which give the Krege name, but I wonder whether they are secondary sources which have picked up the name from the Guardian obituary.
I notice that the obituary says "her then husband was training to be an opera singer. She returned to Britain when the marriage broke up, rode elephants in a Christmas circus and appeared in the 1960 naturist film Nudist Memories" and later refers to her 1967 marriage to Terry Duggan, so I wonder whether one of the two real names is from her first marriage - perhaps to a Mr Krege.
I'll leave it in the capable hands of the list managers...

All sources I reviewed, including a death announcement by BBC News, state a birthname of "Ann McCall". As this is the likely correct birthname for the actress, I have now added the information to her page.

It looks like it. That The Guardian article has this update at the end: "This article was amended on 24 February 2022, to correct Anna Karen’s maiden name, and to add the names of her parents and her first husband."
It says "Ann McCall" now as well.
