I've submitted 3 requests for deletion for three credit that are wrongfully credited to me.

a proof was requested, but I don't how how to provide proof for a credit that is wrongfully attributed to me. can you help me with this?

I have checked and can make sure that the submissions were approved, the credits are no longer live.
