An actor keeps on getting rejected.

Hello, I've been having a problem with crediting a particular actor, the one in question being Lizzie Freeman. This is not the first time I've had issues with crediting the actor as it is almost always rejected as 'unable to verify'. I've never had issues like this with any other actor.  This time however I attached onscreen evidence of her being credited for the role, however that was also rejected as 'unable to verify'. I've had the same issue on other submissions from a while ago (260831-075853-576000, 260830-085404-457000, 260827-075512-905000, 260621-081526-039000) and in other submissions I avoided crediting the actor as it would be rejected.

This is a consistent issue that particularly applies to the actor (other actors in the same franchise get accepted). I kindly ask to know how to credit the actor without the credits being rejected even with evidence.
