Always declining reviews when they are bad, why?

As the title says, whenever I post a negative review I get a nice declined at the end, especially if the movie contains minorities (coincidence I guess). WTF is happening with IMDB? Joined at an era when you didn't filter reviews based on the views of studios and/or certain people, now you along with Rotten have been declining and deleting reviews, artificially boosting movies and series that are BAD. Sad state of affairs, I hope one day you fire every person who does these things, they obviously don't deserve their spots there.
