Alternate Title help needed
13 days ago I submitted a HELP request for an Alternate Title submission that I am unable to make on my own. The correct attribute is not available in the dropdown box:

I have recevied no reply, and the change has not been processed. I had expected a day or two at most, but almost two weeks seems longer than one should expect to wait for a helpdesk response.

In order to understand this the alternative title: 'Survivor: In the Hands of the Fans' you are trying to add correct? Is this the title for a particular season or which is the correct attribute?
