Alternate title glitch strikes again

Yet again, main title also appeared as an alternate display title, which is now impossible to delete in order for an alternate display title to take its rightful place. In this particular case direct-to-video film Great Faces by the Pumpkin Man (1988) which I've added to IMDb recently is more often marketed and called How to Carve Great Faces for Halloween (in the US where it was made which is somewhat unusual), however due to duplicate main title, it cannot be set as a display title. Two attempts at deleting the duplicate (#211029-135042-646000 & #211103-142516-627000) were met rejection with a reason formulated as "Does not meet contribution guidelines", despite detailed explanation provided with a link to a previous thread regarding that same problem.
