Alternate names

The alternate name "Major Tom" on this page https://www.imdb.com/name/nm2550133/ needs to be deleted. There were several people mixed together and it can't be deleted directly.

Also, the name "Thomas J. Maydeck, C.A.S." on this page needs to be deleted. https://www.imdb.com/name/nm0562283/ It doesn't seem to be attached to any of the credits and may be left over from a previous correction.
