Almost ALL good review missing and new scammy negative ones have appeared!?

What is going on? Someone has hacked my film and posted out of no where a ton of negative reviews. This is wrong. I've had plenty of people I know personally let me know how they posted great reviews. I saw them myself. They were posted. Now they are GONE and only fake, scammy negative ones are there - like out of nowhere. I want an investigation and restoration of all the good reviews immediately.

We have no records of any deleted/missing reviews on this title. A new one was just posted recently, but the other 5 have been there for months and they're the only one that were ever posted. Do you have any additional information about these reviews? A screen grab or anything showing what's supposedly missing?
