Allow series-level release dates

Ever since the introduction of episode pages it has not been possible to directly add a release date to the main page of a TV series. I would like this to change:

- It would let users easily find a list of the earliest release dates in the place they are used to finding them for other kinds of titles.

- It would avoid empty pages like this, which invite the user to contribute a date:

- It would allow series-level dates that are already listed to be corrected in the usual way. Some series include a single date because release dates can be included when a series is first added to the database, and many older series have longer lists of dates that were added years ago:

- It would allow festival, theatrical and DVD dates to be listed at the series level for TV series which were also released as movies, such as "Carlos":

- It would allow release dates to be listed for series for which detailed episode information is unavailable, especially older series, and it would allow title years to be corrected based on these dates, see for instance:

I realize that to some extent there would be duplicate information on series and episode pages, and I don't know if there might be software challenges to this approach.
