Allow people to delete reviews even when it's pending

When someone posts a review. It would be super nice to actually allow people a function that allows you to delete that review or edit it after it's posted but currently in "pending" process.

I don't want to waste moderator time. But I had wanted to send a review of Insidious: red door movie. But had accidentally posted on the wrong Insidious movie. So wanted to delete my review straight after realising that mistake but not happy that I am unable to do that. Because there is no button that allows me to do that.

It's just an accident but don't want to be mistaken as a troll deliberately posting incorrect reviews.
