There are things that, as example, IMDbPro users can see that I cannot see. So, it is always possible that an empty page is not empty.
If they are truly empty, I am good with them being deleted. Or, maybe just hidden from public view, which would allow for the page to appear in the edit pages so it can be used if a credit is added later.
There may be instances where a seemingly empty name page should remain on the site (the page could be claimed by an IMDbPro member who does not yet have credited entries, or the person may only have 'uncredited' entries which will not display until a credited entry is listed)
Just the same, there are instances where empty name pages are invalid should be removed (the page could be an empty duplicate).

One reason why a page may appear empty is - an uncredited role will create a page but the credit will not be visible until a credited role is had.
