All episodes not linked to series page

I have a 9 episode series, and I've submitted all episodes and they were approved. When I'm on the landing page for the series, it recognizes that there are 9 episodes but when you click on the episode list episode 1 is missing.

When I try to add season credits, episode 1 is the only peisode that dosn't pop up.

But the episode 1 page exists here: https://www.imdb.com/title/tt11141824/

It's as if it's not connected, but available. Here is the series page: https://www.imdb.com/title/tt11111754

Tracey,

Episode 1 is the only page not assigned an episode number. In this case, the page should be assigned 1.1 for the episode.

Go to the title's episode page.
Click the yellow Edit page button.
On the next page (Updating Information for "Outta Pocket" (2019) {Episode 1}), scroll to the bottom of the page to Other Corrections. To the right of Episode Title/Number, click the drop-down menu from No change to Correct.
Click the blue Continue button.
On the next page, under Number, type the following: 1.1
Click the blue Check these updates button.
On the next page, acknowledge the following yellow warning message (Questionable episode title) by clicking the checkbox to the left of the following statement.

Warning understood, go ahead anyway.

Click the blue Re-check these updates button.
The form should now be in green. Click the blue Submit these updates button.

Give at least 2-3 days for processing.
