All credits for a person I added to the cast list have been deleted.

Hello, I updated the cast list for the films yesterday and they were approved, but when I checked this morning, the person I added had been removed from all credits. Why was something that was approved yesterday deleted today? Is there a problem? contribution number: 250725-231017-369000 pls check and fix issue
