Adult Web Scenes clarify in Submissions Guide

Since it is not clarified in the Submission Guide what Adult Web Scenes from Sites like Brazzers should be treated as and people keep adding stuff either as Series with Episodes for a Website or each Web Scene as Short Film I asked the people who run IAFD. They treat Web Scenes as Short Movies in their Database and not as Series. Stuff like Youtube Channels is covered in the Submissions Guide so I am asking here where and if it is possible to suggest adding rules for Adult Web Scenes / Websites can be added to the Submissions Guide. Some official clarification on this would be great so people can add thoose Titels accordingly to the Database.
