Additional Music credit for Production Music Library Composer
Curious how IMDb feels about crediting a composer or artist who made music for a production music library that gets used on a TV show. Is it legit to add a credit for the composer under Music Department as Additional Music? Is there a better way to credit the library composer? Should no IMDb credit be given at all? What's the policy, here? Thanks!

In the vast majority of cases, the answer to this type of question is: it's based on whether (and how) the person is credited on-screen. If they're given credit as a composer (or with a 'music by' in the main titles), the credit should be listed as 'composer'. That's unlikely in the scenario you are describing, though.
The most likely scenario is that a piece of pre-existing library music is used without credit. If that's the case, the library music cue can be added as an entry to the soundtrack section of the title, e.g. something like:
"Prometheus Rising" (uncredited)
Written by Yoav Goren
Performed by Immediate Music
