Addition rejected and also added

@gambitt​ - Thank you for posting the references! I can see that both of these were accepted the first one on March 12, 2026 and the second one on June 30, 2024. 

If you were trying to add these respective keywords again to the titles, the submissions will be rejected as they are already live.

So in the example above, you already submitted this keyword on this contribution 260312-015900-659000. If you are trying to re-added it again through this same contribution and through your contribution history, that's why you get the rejected message as this same contribution was already accepted. It will be a duplicate if it were to be accepted.

Now, if you are trying to make a correction on it, let's say, you will need to do it directly through the contribution form on the title.
