Adding the first poster image to a movie

How do I submit a poster image to a movie that has no images ?

When I try to browse the gallery, there is no gallery, so the button to Add Image doesn't show up.

Which title? On the desktop version or an IMDb app?

The button shows on the desktop version of the primary page, even for titles without images - unless it's an adult title, or has been locked for some reason. For instance:

@bderoes it's an adult title: "Jane Bond Meets Thunderballs", but there's no nudity in the poster I'm trying to add. By the way, I'm using the desktop version.
