ADDING TALENT THAT WAS DENIED, THOUGH I PROVIDED EVIDENCE

Hi, I tried adding Monica Potter to "KILLER BOOK CLUB": The TV series (In Development) as the role of Mackenzie Dobson and Vivica A. Fox for the role of Vivian Peterson, and they were denied due to "lack of evidence".  So I tried adding again with signed Letters Of Intention from both (I provided links, as asked.), and they were still denied.  I don't understand why, as they have been properly attached on IMDB PRO to the feature film KILLER BOOK CLUB.  Can you please help me?
