Adding 'Parent Guide' content

Hi 

I recently sent in content to add to the parent guide for the tv series Jamestown which was rejected, but no explanation notification email was sent to me letting me know that it was rejected, I just noticed that it hadn't been added to the parent guide section.  I just now sent it in again, however this time, I little note came up saying 'warning season [or episode] specific content should only be added to the specific episode, only write here overall information' or something along those lines.  I am confused by that response for two reasons.  One, if one takes a look at the parent guide content under 'violence', there is an explanation there about a scene with a pig being gutted and it specifically refers to episode 1 as mine was doing, so why was mine rejected.  Two, at the very top of the IMDb page, it is the episode I am referring (episode 1) anyway that I was attempting to add content to!  Please respond to this, as it is extremely frustrating when one takes the time out of one's busy schedule to make the effort to add content and then it's rejected incorrectly and without any notification or explanation as to why.
