Adding my first directing credit to IMDb

I directed a video documentary that was completed in Aug, 2021.  I am having problems submitting my directing/producing/writing/ co-editing credits to IMDb for my documentary.  I provided the trailer URL and the link to a video about the making of my documentary. My documentary is listed at Film Freeway.  I've submitted to 18 film festivals and already won an award.  Why won't IMDb allow me to submit my documentary on their website?  Is there anyone who can help me with the IMDb process?  Reference: 220110-175359-292200
