Adding more than one credit for a cast member in the same deppartment.

I've been having issues adding a credit for cast member that had different roles in the sound department. Tried going thru the cast members page and from the film page and get the same result. Any ideas why this might be happening and how to solve it ? Thanks a lot in advance.
