Adding Image to Show Page

I'm having trouble getting an image for the show added to the page. I've clicked "Add Primary Image" and submitted the image. I follow the status of the submission and it says the image has been approved and and accepted — and yet the image doesn't appear on the show pare OR the "Known For" section on my page. Please let me know what I'm doing wrong and how to fix this. Thanks.
