Adding "Foreign" as a genre for movies

I love this site and use it multiple times a day. One of my favorite features is looking over my ratings, it is an efficient way to keep track of all the movies I've seen (610 and growing rapidly). I also like to narrow them by the genres that IMDb provides, it's always neat to see how I rate them. A genre I've always wanted to see be added is "Foreign" because while they are not the majority of the movies I've seen I always like to think of myself as more cultured after I see a foreign film and it would be neat to be able to quickly look at all the foreign films I've seen in one place. I know that foreign isn't particularly a genre as the language doesn't necessarily change the movie (Yojimbo is a 1961 Japanese film and a Fistful of Dollars is a 1964 Italian film and they are pretty much the same) and I see how it could possibly be hard to label films as foreign because while Yojimbo is foreign to me it is not foreign to a Japanese person. This is just an idea I've had and if there is anyway it could be incorporated I'd love it, but if not it is no problem.
