Adding follows/followed by/version of not working

So im trying to add the new Scooby Doo movie "Trick or Treat Scooby doo" to the list of follows/followed by to the list of scooby movies but as you can see

Follows 

I mean i noticed on the old site when you add a movie to follows/followed by the other movies connected would follow ie if you had movie 3 to follow after movie 2 it would also be listed to under movie 1 but now on the new site movie 1 doesnt show being connected to movie 3 when added to being connected to movie 2.
