Adding film to film festival page

Hi

I am completing the form to update information on a film festivals page. A film of mine won an award. 

All sections have been filled out fine but the 'Title' section keeps on notifying me that the title is not currently in the database.

It is on the database because I provided the information on the 'Title Addition Page' and have received notification from IMDB that it has been approved.

When I search the title of my film in shows in the search results.

Why am I getting this notification of it not being in the database when trying to update information on the film festivals page?

A list shows up containing other films with the same or similar name asking if I mean one of them. My film is not included in the list.

I re-check the update but the problem still persists.
