Good Morning Peter! So...I did voice acting in a film titled IN3DRAGON, which is streaming in 150 countries on Amazon Prime. My Director, JJ Stomp, who handles listing the film on IMDb went to add to my page, under John Keoni Monte, as he has done before. But a message popped up saying 'Declined'...he tried 5 times and got same message?
I encourage you to submit your credit using the online self service in the IMDb website. Also, you can check the Adding a Filmography credit help guide, to get detailed step by step instructions, if you come across any problem please let us know, you can post a screenshot for the issue, so we can take a look for you !

I suspect this was rejected because the credit was submitted with "Voice Over" in the character field, which is not a valid character description.
If this credit refers to a voice acting credit, it needs to be submitted with the proper character name and "(voice)" in the attribute field. If this is a dubbing/ADR/looping credit, it should probably be submitted as an Additional Crew credit rather than cast. As I don't know anything about the actual role, I can't really give more specific advice but I recommend looking at the submission guidelines for voice credits and trying to resubmit it.
