Adding Critic Review

A Rotten Tomatoes critic reviewed my film over a year ago. A link to the review was hosted on the film's page. However, the critic republished the review, which caused the URL to change. As a result, the link on the movie's page led to nothing. When I tried to update the URL, my submission was declined. I thus decided to delete the link altogether, and re-upload the review with the new URL. The re-upload was denied. I reached out to customer service, who upheld the decision without any explanation. What's the solution? This shouldn't be this difficult.
