Adding crew credits: Does not meet contribution guidelines. Your contribution has been declined.

I just added some credits that I worked on for various netflix shows with evidence as screengrabs of the credit roll for each. Still my contribution is declined stating "Does not meet contribution guidelines. Your contribution has been declined.Please review our submission guidelines." The reference number for these entries are: 251112-155424-724000 251112-150941-886000 Please help as I would want this to be up and running so that I can keep adding my credits now and in the future.
