Solved

Adding credits

Two different questions but similiar issue.  First, I was a passenger in a vehicle that was filmed for scenes in Boston for the show Boston Blue.  It was toprovide clips making it seem as though it was taped in Boston.  I don't know if it is being used for the opening of the show or in one or a few episodes.  I have added a pay stub as proof but it keeps getting declined.  It asks for an episode but I don't know.  How do I get this approved.

Also, I was core background for a streaming ten episode show.  I did numerous shoots from May until August.  I could be in all 10 or various episodes.  I have no idea.  I did add a paystub proving I worked on the shoot but again it keeps getting denied as unverifiable.

If anyone can walk me though with the steps to do it correctly so I stop getting denied, it would be truly appreciated.  Maybe I can't do it?  I did the work so I believe I should be able to add it as a credit.  Again, any help or guidance is appreciated.

Thx in advance

Hi Matty01-

In order for our staff to review, can you post the 18-digit submission reference numbers for these contributions?

Cheers!

First - Boston Blue

Second - Widows Bay (was called Flashlight during production). It added each episode to the request because I probably did it wrong but did try a few different ways.

@Matty01- Perfect, thank you for posting! For the first one, you submitted two credits one for the parent page and one for the episode. Since episodic credits can only be added to the respective episodes you worked on then you will have to re-submit to only that episode.

Now, on both of these submissions, that character name for both is badly formatted so in this case, you can correct the character name and leave it blank on both submissions and re-submit it. If the character name is known for later on, you can then go ahead and correct it.

@Matty01- Taking a look, you added these credits to the parent page this why they were declined.

You need to add the credits to the respective episodes.

You can take a look at how to add episodic credits on this Help Guide, under question #4.

I don't know if or what episode was used for on Boston Blue.  Could be for opening sequence for show.  Cld be one episode or a bunch.  I have no idea.

I did work on the widows bay but I have no idea which episodes I will be included in.  I was chosen as someone to work the entire season of the show tho.

How do I handle that

@Matty01- As per our guidelines, any credits for TV series must be submitted to the episode and/or episodes you worked on.

Once there is further information of your appearence on the specific episodes, you are welcome to re-submit them to those respectively.
