Adding credit for first-time crew members

In creating a new Title and filling in the form, when attempting to add crew roles that are first-timers, I can't get past the yellow highlighted warnings and evidence is asked for. However, I am not sure what I can provide. Their names are in the film credits and in the press kit PDF document. Is that sufficient?
