adding credit for an uncredited (background) role

I have worked in 4 movies and shows in the last 11 months as background, and I am uncredited in each one of them, but I get denied each time I've tried to add them. I have a lot of scenes in each one but no speaking lines. I have submitted each one for my credits on my page and list it as uncredited but get denied EVERY time. can someone please tell me how to get them approved and added to my page. Thank you
