Adding credit for actor with confirmed source

I am trying to add a cast member to a show that he will appear on, but it is being rejected. The show is not yet released, but other actors are credited to appear in the show, even though none of the cast members are credited in any episodes (i.e. they have the "unknown episodes" attribute, although when I checked in Edit, they don't have that). Here is the contribution number;
