Adding a year to my film
HI. Hope you well. I didn't realise that i needed add the year of the film to the title and so published it without and now i cant change it as it wont allow me. Is this something that someone can do?
I wanted to show that it was produced in 2022. So I think somehow it needs to say The Spot (2022)?
Anyone can help or add please?
Thank you!

Blayze: I assume you are referring to The Spot (????) .
The year after the title is not the year when the film was produced; it's the year when the film was, or will be, first released or shown to the public.
This film has no release date listed at https://www.imdb.com/title/tt21206712/releaseinfo which explains why no year appears after the title.
I would recommend that you only submit a release date for this film once you actually have it ready to be shown to the public with an exact screening or release date scheduled. Some filmmakers have jumped the gun with IMDb by entering a date for a projected release which didn't actually wind up taking place, and then they had to deal with the fact that their film looked "old" because it had an incorrect past year after the title. You would want to avoid that situation.
Once the film has a release date listed, it will soon afterward have the year of release listed in parentheses after the title (not necessarily immediately -- it might take a couple of days for the year in parentheses to be added).
I hope this helps. Good luck!
