Adding a new documentary film title, A DECENT HOME, and can not get myself or one of our EP's verified.
I have an IMDBPro account. I am adding a new film title. I have been able to add the director, producer, co-producer and one EP. For some reason I am not being verified as the associate producer and Kirby Dick is not being verified as an EP. I have resubmitted both parties over eight times and we keep being denied. What do we have to do?
Also, the project photo on the page is not fitting and I keep trying to switch it out with another photo and nothing is happening.
HELP.

Apologies for the delay. I have reset the primary poster to the image you requested, however, the formatting is still off. For posters, to minimize cropping, we recommend a vertical alignment (i.e. portrait orientation) with an aspect ratio of 1:0.675.
If you have a poster image that better fits the above aspect ration, I encourage you to re-upload to the title page.
