To clarify, have you submitted your episode credit and it has not been approved?  Or do you have yet to submit the episode credit? 

If you have submitted your credit and it has been declined, it's likely because our staff were unable to verify the information and further evidence will be required.  Otherwise, if you have not yet submitted your credit, you can find detailed instructions on how to do so on our Help Guide.
