Adding a metadata tag (hashtag keyword) to a title page

Can I add a metadata tag, more commonly known as a hashtag, somewhere on the title's IMDb page? And if so, to what section?

I would personally find this helpful in order to find discussions about a title online, since the hashtag used on social media is not always #(title), especially for longer titles, titles in foreign languages that include non-English letters etc.
