Adding a Host to a Show with his Name in the Title - Continually Rejected

I get that the moderators have to deal with a lot of false data submissions. And perhaps the data moderation is partially automated.

But I'm trying to add Richard E Grant as Host of the first (and subsequent) episode of "Richard E. Grant's Very Modern Odyssey", yet it's twice been declined with the reason as "Unable to verify".

I mean it's pretty much a no brainer. His name is in the title. He's in the photo on the title page. He's already listed as Host on the main title page. Adding him to the episodes gets rejected every time.

I'm not really sure how much verification this needs or that I could supply, short of uploading the entire episode (the next episode is on Channel 4 in the UK on Sunday night if someone really wants to check).
