Adding A Episode Title to a Series but Gets Rejected.

Hello, I've been trying to add a missing episode title to 2 episodes of Tour de France: Unchained, but it gets rejected with no specific reason as the reason for rejection.250708-140210-339000 - reference 250708-140410-421000 - reference

Hi Beni45-Thank you for posting the submission reference numbers! Further reviewing, I can see that the names for the episodes were already on the title which is why these were rejected as duplicates.Now, however, these were not selected to show as the display title but these have been fixed now. The changes will be live on the site shortly. Cheers!
