Adding a credit to a TV mini series about to be aired.
I am trying to add my credit to a TV mini series that will be aired this Monday. I keep getting rejected/refused. I have now read that you need confirmation of credit in the titles. But how can I do that before it’s aired? And how come many other, non leading, actors are already credited, and there is even an “uncredited” credit on the cast list? How can you accept an “uncredited” credit before the show has aired?
The previous time I had to add my own credit to a show I uploaded my contract and it was accepted.
Why can’t I this time?

With the provided piece of evidence, our staff is unable to confirm your credit, we can't access the documentation is just a screenshot from what looks like a received email.
I encourage you to re submit the credit with a eligible evidence (Third-party news articles, Receipts, Call sheets, Pay stubs, or the recommend which is a on-screen credits screen grab) for our staff to verify your participation on the TV mini series.

I would wait a few more days, take a screenshot of the credits and it probably takes care of the situation.
