Add 'Release Type' option to 'new episode' main interface.

As often new episodes of streaming shows are added without the (internet) attribute and I edit these quite a lot to add it (I'm the type to want to not have to contribute because I hope it's already perfect) and when I add new episodes I have to trigger the release date option further down to do so. So eliminating needless extra work is a plus.

I did a mock-up before but it possibly long forgotten, I think an idea thread might be good for it.

I think possibly the option should not be mandatory for those that are unsure of where a series is originating from but should be there for ease of use for those that have the information and want to add that data.
